Who can apply for medical treatment support?
Patients in need of treatment or their legal guardians can apply via the Aid Request form. Each application is reviewed by our team.
Is patient information published on the website?
Patient names, ID details, and medical records are not published. Only information permitted by the patient or their legal guardian is shared on the campaign page.
How is my donation recorded?
When you fill out the donation form, you will receive a unique reference code. When you include this code in the bank transfer description, your donation is matched and added to the campaign total upon approval.
How do I check the status of my donation?
Go to Donor in the User Login menu to check the status of your donation using your reference code and phone number.
